Join us for a free information session about our monthly program designed to give you the tools, information, support and guidance you need to make positive improvements in your life. You don't need to be a gym member to join the group -- just sign up for as many months as you wish, and get mini-workshops, success tips, education, information, discounts on personal training, accountability, private classes and more -- all run by certified personal trainers and behavioral change experts.
