Description
Ron and Donna are certified Tibetan Bowl Teachers and Practitioners of this ancient healing method. The group session invites you to either lay on the water heated cork floor, on yoga mats with blankets and pillows, or in comfortable seating. You will be taken into meditation and then experience the healing sounds of 40 Tibetan Bowls and 2 gongs for an hour.
