DESCRIPTION:Join us for a program of information you won't want to miss at our June luncheon! \n\n\n\nAfter we hear from you and your business announcements\, we will enjoy a presentation from our sponsor\, local realtor Nell Clausen\, as she shares her knowledge about our market and the current trends she is seeing in our region.\n\n\n\nThen\, CCFD #3 Chief Grider will take the microphone to talk about the work of our local fire district and their request for a 39-cent increase to restore the District's levy rate back to $1.50 per thousand of property value to sustain maintenance and their operational capabilities. The ballots will be out in July and must be returned by August 5th\, 2025.\n\n\n\nOur lunch buffet will be a taco salad bar this month. We meet at Sunland Golf Club and the doors open at 11:30.
