SUMMARY:“Haunted Harmonies” – an Autumn Concert with the Sequim City Band
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a family friendly evening of music featuring selections from the movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone\, from Broadway's Phantom of the Opera\, and from movie score composer Danny Elfman (such as Beetlejuice\, Edward Scissorhands). There will also be some classics\, such as "Orpheus in the Underworld"\, "The Sorcerer's Apprentice"\, and more! The Sequim City Band is an all-volunteer 75-musician strong wind ensemble that performs\, promotes\, and preserves symphonic band music by providing quality\, inspiring performances and education in partnership with the North Olympic Peninsula community and beyond. Interested musicians are invited to weekly band rehearsals held Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM at the rehearsal hall at the James Center for the Performing Arts\, Sequim WA.
