This hands on experience will have you working alongside real lavender farm owners. You'll walk away with a unique understanding of what it takes to be a lavender farmer and essential oil distiller. Whether you are a lavender lover\, an essential oil guru\, a family looking for deeper connection\, or just a curious traveller\; this unique lavender experience will create lasting memories. The Lavender Farming Experience Includes: Start out the morning with a meet and greet with the farmer and fellow "lavender experiencers" while enjoying local coffee and pastries. Next\, spend time getting your hands dirty while learning how to harvest like a pro. Once enough lavender has been harvested we head up to the still where you get to partake in all aspects of the distillation process. During the distillation you will have time to ask questions\, take notes\, learn more about the farm and the lavender history of the Sequim Dungeness Valley\, and check out the rest of the farm. When distillation is complete\, you will bottle and take home your very own lavender essential oil made from lavender that you harvested and distilled yourself.
