Description
Blue Whole Gallery will be celebrating it's 28th anniversary throughout the month of June. The front windows will display the gallery's tribute to the community of the North Olympic Peninsula with an exhibition named "28 on the Strait". The exhibition features the works of 28 local artists with scenes and interpretations of our local area. The exhibition opens on Friday June 6th during First Friday Art Walk. There will be a public paint out event held on the sidewalk outside the front of the gallery from 5 to 7pm that evening. The public will be invited to let their creative juices flow and participate in painting one of two large canvas on display. The gallery will provide paint, brushes and canvas for the event. Light refreshments will be served inside the gallery along with soap and water for hand clean up. "28 on the Strait" will remain in the windows for the month of June .
