Day one of this workshop attendees will learn the basics of coil, slab, pinch, slip & score, as well as additional ceramic texture techniques to create their own unique organic sculptures. During the week in between classes sculptures will have time to dry and be fired in the kiln. Sculptures will then be ready for the second class, when participants will have the opportunity to hand paint their pieces with glaze to bring more depth and character to their creations. Pieces will be fired in the kiln a second time and available for pick up post workshop. Each participant will get to take home their own one of a kind handmade and glazed ceramic sculpture. *Workshop registration is non-refundable*
