Description
The Assisted Stretching and Mobility Training Course prepares Licensed Massage Therapists and Personal Trainers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to integrate effective assisted stretching techniques into their practice. This course combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on training to enhance client mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being while maintaining safety and adherence to professional standards. *Receive 20 CE Hours
