Description
Ribbon cutting and Grand Opening of the Olympic Peninsula Equine Network's (OPEN) Western Treasures and Tack Store. We provide rescue, rehabilitation and dignity to abandoned, abused or neglected horses with the goal of eventually placing them in suitable adoptive or permanent foster homes. We are a non-profit.
