Description
Dementia. One of the scariest words in the dictionary. Are you a caregiver for someone with a dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis? Are you concerned for someone who is caring for a person with a dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis? We can help unravel the mystery of dementia, give you information and tools, and be there for you as you venture into this journey.
