Description
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while soaking up fantastic health benefits with our guided forest bathing session! This calming experience not only enhances your connection with the natural world but also works wonders on your health, from boosting your immune system to lifting your spirits. So, come on out and let nature work its magic! Although the quarter-mile trail to the River is not ADA, it is relatively flat and the walking pace will be slow. This program lasts 1 to 1.5 hours and will finish with a tea service in the woods.
