Sequim Gym is pleased to host a FREE talk entitled, “Easy Steps to Improving Balance and Stability.” This talk will address why we tend to lose our balance and stability as we age, and introduce key factors in improving those critical aspects of our lives. Whether you’ve noticed your balance isn’t as good as it used to be, or you’re looking to continue your current stability level, you’ll learn something new, and take away tips and tools for everyday life.
