Irrigation Festival - Kickoff Dinner & Auction

Float unveiling is at 4:45. This is a major fund raising event for the festival as well as the first introduction of the 2016 Royalty, Pioneers, and Grand Marshal. 2016 Festival Pins as well as many donated items are auctioned during this event. The Kickoff Dinner & Auction is a major fund raiser for the Irrigation festival. A silent auction will be on-going through the dinner, followed by the live auction. Items for the auctions are donated by our business community. The monies raised are used primarily for the expenses involved in taking the float and royalty to parades around the state, as well as to support the Irrigation Festival. In festival tradition a set of numbered festival pins are produced: Festival Pins 1-100, 121 and 20146. Traditionally pins 1-4 are auctioned and then given to the royalty. Additionally, pins 121, 2016 and the pair 7 & 11 will be auctioned. Pins with other numbers may be auctioned per request. This event is a great opportunity to view the unveiling of the 2016 float, meet the 2016 Royalty and other festival dignitaries, including the Grand Marshal, Pioneers and community leaders. Tickets are available on Feb 13 for $75 each until sold out or March 21st, and can be purchased at First Federal Sound Community Bank, ReMax Prime & Cherry Creek Mortgage & The Sequim Chamber.
