Loneliness isn’t just an emotional experience. Our need for connection affects our brains, bodies, stress levels, sleep, and overall health.
Join National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach Sherryl Chandley-Brown at Shipley Center for Loneliness, Connection & Your Health, an interactive conversation about why meaningful connection matters as we age, how loneliness can show up in ways we may not immediately recognize, and what helps us build and maintain relationships that genuinely support our well-being.
We’ll also explore the difference between simply being around people and actually feeling connected, along with realistic ways to strengthen connection in everyday life.
Thursday, November 19 at 10:00 AM at Shipley Center. Free to the public.
