Description
“Ian's Ride: A Wheelchair Touring Adventure across Washington State” - Ian Mackay is paralyzed from the neck down and has not let that get in the way of his love of the outdoors. In August of 2018, Ian rode his motorized wheelchair from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to Port Angeles, Washington to highlight the need for more accessible trails. Come see Ian tell his story and hear about the challenges and rewards of traveling 500 miles in a power wheelchair through the heat and smoke of Eastern Washington and over the challenging Cascade Mountain Range.
