Our presenter Bridget Baker will share what she has learned about acrylic pours since the first one she saw grabbed her attention at a Northwest Collage Society show. She will also be discussing some of the lower cost alternatives to pouring mediums marketed for that purpose and will cover how you can avoid having your pour look like a cliché through:
Creating original color choices, strategic use of metallic and color shifting paints, using a variety of additives to produce cells and incorporating a pour into a larger painting.
