Opening Day Ribbon Cutting at Sequim ...
Description
The Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to support the Opening Day of our beloved Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market on May 1st at 9am, with a socially distanced ribbon cutting. Our Ambassadors and Chamber representatives in purple vests, will string the celebratory ribbon across the entrance to Civic Plaza and guide a Market dignitary in the ceremonial snipping. Masks and social distancing will be maintained throughout the event - and all market COVID protocols and regulations must be followed by participants. The event will also be livestreamed on the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce Facebook Page.
In addition to the Ribbon Cutting our Ambassadors will be tying purple ribbons through the Downtown Corridor - marking the beginning of our town's busiest season of commerce, and encouraging folks to shop local and support our small businesses. These ribbons will remain through the week in anticipation of the Irrigation Festival on May 8th.
