Description
In this interactive event, we will discuss tips of what to do when your child is freaking out. Doug Blessington, LMHCA is a therapist in Sequim and will present evidenced-based research from attachment-based parenting, neurobiology, and mindfulness. We will explore ways to help you be more of the parent you want to be. Olympic Nature Experience is a local non-profit that nurtures our community's connection with nature and each other, through immersive outdoor experiences.
