Description
The Sequim Bay Yacht Club's speaker for June 12 will be Margaret Depew of the Sequim Bee Farm. She will give a presentation that will touch on the history of honeybees and beekeeping, provide a beginning lesson about the workings of a hive, and share why bees are so important to use. She will talk about the role of bees in the food chain, and what each of us can do to protect pollinators. Samples will be available to taste.
