Join us to celebrate Peninsula Behavioral Health's new North View Apartments! We will celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting, and it will be a joint cutting with the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce! We will gather at 2:45p to cut the Ribbon at 3:00p.
