Description
Join fellow accordion players, enthusiast and dancers for an afternoon of music and fun. Players of ALL levels are encouraged to bring their accordion and play 1-3 pieces. The intent of the social is to have a supportive and friendly atmosphere, where players can play and everyone can enjoy some great music. Our Featured Player for the second half of the afternoon will be: David Emter with Sally Frish. David Emter became interested in playing the diatonic button accordion after retiring from a 33 year career with the U.S. Air Force. Growing up in North Dakota, waltz and polka music are his favorites. Sally Frish usually joins David on the electronic keyboard. Although they have played for numerous social events, they see themselves as amateur performers.Sally resides in Lakewood, WA and David lives near Eatonville, WA. We are pleased to have them coming all this way to join us in Sequim.
