Sleep and the Brain: Why Rest Matters More Than You Think Sleep is one of the most important — and often overlooked — factors in brain health. When the brain is well rested, thinking is clearer, memory is stronger, and mental fatigue is reduced. In this talk, we’ll explore how sleep changes with age, how it affects focus and memory, and simple ways to support more restorative rest.
