This scheduled class will be hosted by the Shipley Center in Sequim, located at 921 E Hammond St, Sequim, WA 98382. The class will be held in the Shipley Center FRONT room.
This smartphone class is being offered free of charge to the Shipley Center and local community (all donations will go toward the Shipley Center). Typically, our classes are held in our Sequim Training Center, located in our Sequim office (136 South 2nd Avenue). For larger groups and local business trainings, one of our techs can come to you to provide convenient, onsite training.
Fees/Admission
This class costs a requested donation of $2 for Shipley Members, or $4 for non-members. All donations received will go to the Shipley Center. This class does not require registration - seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Typically, Sequim I.T. session pricing varies depends on class size and type. Individual rates for the public are $100/class per person. Discounts are available for groups - if you are interested in a workshop for a larger group, please contact us to discuss pricing! For classes taught in our Sequim I.T. Training Center, registration is required for all classes, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call our office to register for other classes, discuss pricing, or ask for more information.

Description
This class is for iPhones only. If this class has a positive turnout, we will plan an Android class for another date! Both classes will essentially cover the same content outline:
- Buttons on smartphone; swiping
- Charging your phone
- Data, service, and Wi-Fi
- Apps – downloading, using, deleting
- Texting and using the keyboard
- Phone calls, and Facetime calls
- Using your camera
Whether you are a local retiree looking to join the technology revolution, or a manager looking to educate your staff, we have a class that will work for you! Our workshops are available for the public as well as for local businesses, and are a great way to educate yourself about new tech skills.
Please note: We offer basic to intermediate-level classes that cover a variety of topics (see our website for additional classes currently available). Our IT workshops typically last 1.5-2 hours, depending on class size and topic. Class sizes range from small to large and can include personalized curriculum.
