L.O.D.G.E. Lectures Presents: "The Benefits of Massage"
Guest Speaker: Courtney Thomas, LMT, ACOM, Owner of Peaceful Kneads
Join us for an enlightening session on the healing power of massage at our upcoming L.O.D.G.E. Lecture, Life’s Opportunities Developed through Growth & Enrichment.
Courtney Thomas, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Peaceful Kneads, discovered her passion for helping clients manage pain early in her career. After a year in practice, she pursued an Advanced Certification in Orthopedic Massage to deepen her expertise in addressing mechanical pain at its source. Over time, her practice has evolved from general wellness and pregnancy massage to a more specialized, medical-focused approach.
"My strength is in addressing the source of mechanical pain," Courtney explains. "I approach each session with the intention of achieving efficient, lasting healing."
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, this free lecture will explore the many ways massage therapy can benefit your body—no matter your condition.
