Description
The Morning Melt - Leave the to-do list at the door. Come as you are, connect with fellow school-aged mamas, and reclaim your peace before the afternoon bell rings. Step in and enjoy a sound bowl meditation, add an infrared sauna session and a cool down in the Salt and Serenity room. Enjoy a cup of hot tea or coffee and a muffin while you relax and de-stress. You don't have to have children rushing around to join us, come melt away your morning stress too. Be sure to reserve your space.
