Wellness Forum “Using Cannabis as Medicine”
Claire Capriola, RPh, will present a WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday, October 8th, at 2:00-3:00 pm, on the KSQM FM (91.5) radio station.
Claire Capriola, RPh, graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1985 and her pharmacy career extends over 40 years. She is dedicated to providing quality patient care and services, and she often draws upon her vast network of contacts and resources to find solutions for her patients.
Claire has spent the past 10 years working as a local Clinical Pharmacist. She also owns CLAIRESRX, LLC, which contracts with Cedar Greens Dispensary in Blyn, WA, every other Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Claire provides information and education regarding the use of cannabis as medicine to Cedar Greens clients and staff. Since practicing in this community, Claire has noticed an increase in people interested in using natural supplements to help treat illness and disease. She believes that the subject of how cannabis can be used as medicine is a current and innovative topic for discussion.
WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond. We would like to thank our 2025 Platinum Sponsors: Acrisure Insurance, Jamestown Family Health Clinic, Olympic Medical Center and KSQM FM Radio Station.
The Basic Urgent Care Clinic is open to patients on Monday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5:00 pm. Individuals interested in supporting the Clinic may call 360.582.0218.
