JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Health Information Management department by utilizing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records. Scans a variety of medical record documents into the EMR. Sustains a high level of customer service while providing appropriate access to patient information and charts as needed. Functions as a member of a team to ensure full shift coverage and timely fulfillment of requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
One year experience in similar position in medical office and experience with multi-line phone system preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm.

- Vacation – Beginning accrual equivalent to 14 days per year for a full-time employee. Pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may begin using vacation after completing 1040 benefit hours. Accrual rate increases with years of service. Refer to your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for details.
