Position Summary: As a Client Service Representative, you are a crucial member of the veterinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for clients and their pets, and supporting the veterinary staff in maintaining a smoothly running clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Warmly greet clients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide service information.
- Communication: Act as the primary contact between clients and the veterinary team, relaying messages accurately.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle patient records, process payments, and maintain appointment calendars.
- Customer Service: Resolve client concerns with tact, ensuring a positive experience.
- Pet Care Coordination: Assist in coordinating pet care services, including prescription refills and vaccination updates.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring materials are well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure efficient workflow.

- Excellent customer service skills, organization, and a passion for taking care of people and animals.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or with little supervision
- Ability to answer a multi-line phone system with a high volume of incoming calls
- Ability to learn and retain information regarding veterinary medicine, including procedures, medications, and other information to assist in client education and relationships.
