We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media strategy to new heights.
Location: Port Angeles, WA
Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with client’s company goals and brand identity.
  • Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
  • Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, and graphics to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to attract and retain followers.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive meaningful results.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets, campaigns, targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Attend networking opportunities as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer candidate with AS/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset for content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
