OVCF is a rural Community Foundation in business since 2000 - we champion philanthropy, manage a variety of funds, and distribute grants to local programs and nonprofits in the fields of arts & culture, education and training, youth and family, health and human services, animal welfare, and environment and conservation, etc. We strive to improve the quality of life in this beautiful place where we all live, work, and play.
