US Census Bureau Data Summits

It's not too late to register for the remaining U.S. Census Bureau data summits scheduled for June, July, and early August (see schedule below). 
The summits are part of the bureau's ongoing Partnership Program.  They are designed for the novice data user and will present a high-level overview of several data products and demonstrate how they can be used to assist organizations and businesses identify data-driven solutions to challenges. 
The summits are free, interactive, and you can register for as many as you like. We hope you will join us for this wonderful opportunity to learn more about the data collected by the Census Bureau and how you can use it for your organization.

Census Bureau Updates 
Apportionment Results.  In April, the Census Bureau released the population and apportionment data from the 2020 Census.   Click here to view the 2020 Census Apportionment Results and to learn more about how the Census Bureau conducts quality checks on data collection and processing. 
2021 Planning Database.  The data for the 2021 Planning Database have now been released.  This database, which is updated annually, contains select operational, housing, demographic and socio-economic statistics from the 2010 Census and the American Community Survey five-year files.  Note, this databased does NOT include data from the 2020 Census. 
Redistricting Data.  The Census Bureau expects to release data for redistricting by August 16.  The final redistricting data toolkit will be released by Sept. 30.   More 2020 Census population results will be available later including statistics on age, sex, race and ethnicity, and details about the center of population.
