LODGE CHIROPRACTIC and INTEGRATED WELLNESS has Dr. Donna Lodge back taking care of her patients. We are open Tuesday and Thursday 9-3 and Wednesday by appointment. We take most insurance and Medicare. Dr. Lodge is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate and utilizes Palmer package and Sigma Instrument. We have a new phone number 360-808-6009.
